• SMS Predictions: For a one-time fee of Ksh 49 per jackpot, users receive all 17 game predictions via SMS.
• Free Content: Historical statistics, blog posts, and educational content are available free of charge.
• Website Access: Users can browse match fixtures and sample predictions without payment.

2.1 Service Limitations

Our predictions are based on statistical analysis and expert opinion. We do not guarantee:

• That you will win any bet or jackpot
• That all predictions will be correct (we maintain 78% accuracy, not 100%)
• That SMS delivery will be instantaneous in all network conditions

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

The current fee for SMS predictions is Ksh 49 per jackpot. This fee is subject to change with notice on our website.

4.2 Payment Method

All payments are processed via M-Pesa to Till Number 9734997. We do not store your M-Pesa PIN or transaction credentials. Our system automatically detects payments via M-Pesa API.

4.3 No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. By completing payment, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing digital content (predictions) that is delivered immediately
• You have had the opportunity to view sample predictions on our website before purchasing
• You understand that predictions are opinions and not guarantees of winning

5. SMS Delivery

5.1 Automatic Delivery

Upon successful M-Pesa payment, our system automatically sends all 17 predictions to the phone number used for payment within 1 minute.

5.2 Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your SMS within 10 minutes:

• Check that your phone has network reception
• Ensure you haven't blocked messages from unknown senders
• Contact our support at support@mjp17.co.ke or WhatsApp 07XX XXX XXX

We will verify your payment and manually resend predictions if necessary.

5.3 Correct Phone Number

Predictions are sent to the phone number that made the M-Pesa payment. It is your responsibility to ensure you are paying from the correct number. We cannot resend to a different number without verification.

6. Accuracy and Disclaimer

MJP17.co.ke maintains a historical accuracy rate of 78% based on 156 weeks of data (2,652 games). However:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Predictions are opinions based on statistical analysis, not guarantees
• Football outcomes are inherently unpredictable
• You assume all risk when using our predictions to place bets

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass our payment system
• Share predictions received via SMS with others (each purchase is for one user only)
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our prediction methodology
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Use automated systems (bots) to access our website
